Possibly the lowest cost item we have bought from AO, but the options, web site, ordering, delivery and resources are hard to beat. The product is basic, functional and competitively priced. This is specific to us as it now sits in a rental property which we know through experience won’t have the love we give our household items. That’s why we return every time. Thanks, much appreciated

Good product, well priced and superb delivery service

Bought this oven as a replacement when the oven stopped working. Needed something urgently and not expensive and that's what I got! Within 2 days (could have been next day if I'd wanted it) I had a working oven. It comes with a lovely grill pan with detachable handle. Much better than the old one which had to be unscrewed. Easy to keep clean. Quick to get to temperature. Basic features which is just what I wanted. You can have the lower heating element on just to keep food warm/warm plates. It's great. The door also has a feature to get rid of excess moisture/steam. The glass can be removed from the door if necessary to clean. I'm really pleased with it.

Cooking impressively well. Does not have the features of more costly cookers but these features are non essential in my book.

It’s cheap but it’s fit for purpose. Not happy as a part was missing.. ao was great about it but offered to replace whole cooker after going through trouble of fitting just for missing grill pan handle..
