This washing machine is very good. I usually use a quick wash no 10 which only takes about 30 minutes. I would recommend this machine. It is a integrated machine.

This is an updated version of our previous Hotpoint that lasted 14 years and it's better - the Anti-Stain Quick wash only takes around 45 minutes and my wife thinks that the clothes are cleaner than the 60 min cycle on our old one. All good so far.

The machine in itself is good. Like the1400 spin and the new motors are really quiet. I received one that would not drain after being used 3 times. On inspection retailer said it was because they kinked waste pipe. Sent a replacement which also would drain after being used 3 times. Then Hotpoint came out and found a wire off the pump. Not put on tight enough at factory. Probably same with first machine as that failed having spun 3 times. Used it for a few days now with no issues. So knocked off a couple of stars as it took 19 days to get a working machine, and strictly it is a repaired one. But I am not worried about a loose electric connection as a repair. One big positive, Hotpoint customer service and repair technician was really good when they eventually got involved.

Great washing machine!

I have used this washing machine for just over a month now which is a replacement for a previous Hotpoint machine I had for eight years. I installed it myself which was quite straight forward with no complications. I use the machine every other day, It is very easy to use and the wash settings are easy to follow, the clothes cone out practically spun dry even on the half hour cycle nothing to complain about here. So far I am very pleased with it and would certainly recommend it. If if lasts as long as the last one I will be well satisfied.

Good value, 30min wash is good. Digital screen is good because it shows the time of the wash cycle and the temperature of each setting. Installation was done proficiently.

It's as easy as any other machine to install . Very quiet,you can hardly hear it during operation and It doesn't shake itself to pieces during the spin cycle like like previous machines. Very happy with my purchase.

Perfect replacement. Very friendly and helpful fitters. Kept informed throughout the delivery process. Excellent from start to finish.
