Seems to be working well

Very pleased with this product, easy to use and to adjust programs from pre-sets if required, quiet even at 1400 rpm. There are a couple of strange noises when the machine is setting itself after hitting the start button but I consider this normal as it sounds like a water valve opening and door locking mechanism. Free 10yr parts guarantee would signify confidence Hotpoint have in this machine to last. 1 negative point is the powder/softener compartment, when closing the little plastic locking tab I feel could easily break if heavy handed.

I liked my previous Hotpoint and this is the new version. The 30 minute option doesn't spin fast and the next shortest us 1 hour 25 but I can live with that.

Arrived on time, does what it says.

Plenty of modes, nice and quiet.

Good product value for money does exactly what it says on the tin..!! Easy to install also..

Very easy to use

Excellent.....did exactly what they said they would. Call in morning to give me 4 hour window, fitted everything hassle free, and took away old machine and rubbish. My mum relieved to have new washing machine.
