Does exactly what I want from the machine. AO was great as tan other brands machine failed on its first wash. AO found a replacement washer matching the dimensions and in general were very customer focused.

This is a good looking machine. Works perfectly well, very quiet and overall I’m very happy

Good price for integrated machine. Bit hard to get security bolts out . Need bit of brute force to do so. Nice machine. Good variety of settings. Washes clothes really well. Choice of temperature and pin speed.

Always buy Hotpoint, I've only had to purchase 3 in 30 years. Washing great on a 30 min wash too!

Well, the machine being a hotpoint you know it's built for the job, it's the backup service which shines, had an issue with removing 1 of the transit bolts, rang AO who instantly contacted hotpoint themselves who spoke to me straight away and sorted the queries i had, superb backup, and yes the machine compared to our old one is whisper quiet, also the wash times are quicker than it states on the clock, must be an intelligent system so a real result, it's like anything in life, if you want a quality machine, buy a quality manufacturer.

My last washing machine was 8 years old. With my new machine clothes are cleaner and the spin speed of 1400 makes the clothes dryer. Really pleased I chose this model and the price was great. Ordering from A O was easy and the delivery was very quick even though we were in a 'lockdown ' and the delivery were very efficient

Worst Washing Machine I have ever had the misfortune to own. Does its own thing frequently, not finishing washes but saying 1 minute. Not draining and spinning loads, not getting hot on a 90 wash. Please don’t waste your money on one it will make you dread wash day.

Good value for money. Has a convenient quick programme. Fairly quiet. Easy to fit.
