Excellent. This machine replaced another Hotpoint washing machine which gave a constant, first class service in the home. Don't think I'd buy any other make now. It's reliable, quick and silent. Brilliant value for money backed up by the AO team conscientious engineers. There's nothing I don't like about it.

Easy to use and quiet when on spin mode. I like the Eco mode facility to save time and money. 7kg washing load is perfect size as a single person user. Very pleased with the washing machine.
