Having bought and returned the Hoover H-DRY 300 HLEV9DG 9Kg Vented Tumble Dryer within a week, I have no regrets at forfeiting 10% of the cost of that AWFUL Hoover machine for how amazing this beast is. I don't even care that it cost twice the price, because it is FANTASTIC!
At 43, I had no idea I needed to choose a dryer with reverse drying, unless I was happy with all my bedding ended up as a bundled together, damp sausage which would take up to 6 hours to dry, in between having to unfurl said laundry several times.
All my previous dryers must have reverse tumbled as standard, because my experience with that Hoover machine was an eye opener.
This beautiful Beko is super spacious for our super king bedding, so easy to use (I just turn the dial to '6' on the clock face and increase the time using the time increment button (goes up in 10min intervals).
Emptying the water is really easy, the dryer makes a cool sound as it's starting up, and it doesn't create any condensation - which was my main worry after the reverse drying, as we live in a 400yr old, stone built property with no insulation and it's own damp problem that doesn't need added to!
Honestly, this machine is a joy. A prince amongst thieves.
