Delivered on time and simple to install and use. Done a couple of drying loads and really good drying and cost effective (checked our smart meter). Would certainly recommend this item.

great product, easy to use

Purchased last week, after my last one decided after about 25 years to stop working. Have used the new dryer about 3 times, so far so good. It does take longer to dry, though not as much longer than thought going off other reviews, like that there is an internal light and it does give you a couple of different options in relation to emptying the water tank, either different by a pipe or from the tray at the top left front of the machine. It is also easy to remove the fluff build up. Would recommend.

Like this tumble dryer very much. It's very efficient, I could tell by my energy monitor that it was using less than my previous dryer. The drying cycles are very good the super short cycle and the timer are brilliant. There is nothing to dislike about this dryer.

This is a really good tumble dryer - very easy to empty the water & clean. Trial & error as to which programme to use but only had it a week!! Very happy with it so far & a good price too!!

If I had the chance I would have given Customer Services and the product itself a 5, however, please read this before making a decision to purchase. As advised this tumble dryer is a condenser with a heat pump, no where on the specifications mentions it has a propane cooling system inside. After some research I have discovered that this make the drying cycle more efficient. However, the gas is highly flammable. I would have appreciated this being mentioned in the specification. The paperwork that comes with the dryer advises that it must be in a well ventilated area with at least a centimeter around each side - then goes on to mention the cooling system. We have a small kitchen, we have always had the cooker on the left, the tumble dryer in the middle and the washing machine on the right. As I was concerned about the propane I contacted customer services. After some digging with Beko, Emily in Customer Services advised that we should not have the dryer by the oven. Our oven is electric. You must avoid naked flame nest to the dryer, if you has a gas cooker this might cause the propane to explode. I think its shocking that this isn't mentioned anywhere so you cant make and an informed decision before you purchase.

Smaller and quieter than our previous drier. It has a good range of programmes and dries well. I like the nice big opening and the easy to open and close door. I also like the display although I'll have to keep the instructions handy for a while until I've got used to the symbols.
