So far works really well. Takes a little longer but expected that. Easy to use and their is definitely a massive reduction in energy use. Would recommend

    Quality service and machine

Delivery was perfect by the AO lads. Plugged in and working perfectly. So efficient there is hardly any water in the waste tank after a weeks washing has been dried. Works well on sensor and timer clock

    Perfectly good washing machine

Very quiet, lots of programmes and decent load size. Some parts are lightweight and feel potentially flimsy, not a fan of the AI function and could do with a quick wash that’s more than 15mins but less than 1hr.

    Neat size without compromising capacity

We haven’t used it yet! Sun started to shine again . However, it fits our gap well as it really is reduced depth yet the drum looks lovely and big with good access through the big door.

Light years ahead in terms of efficiency

    4/5
I've only had this dryer for a couple of weeks. I needed a shallow dryer to fit in a 58cm deep space and this was perfect. I had a Beko condensing dryer before this but I wanted a more economical dryer since getting solar panels installed. Even on a bit of an overcast day this dryer runs for free. I've seen it pull close to only 800w. For comparison my previous dryer was 2.5kw. This heat pump dryer is light years ahead in terms of efficiency that it should pay for itself in a few years. This dryer is also a little bit quieter than my previous, not by much, but enough to notice. One slight downside is the drying time. My condenser dryer could do a load of towels (5 towels and a few hand cloths/dish cloths) in roughly 1h20m but the heat pump starts off cooler so it takes close to 2h to dry the same amount, I counted 1h55m on the last load of towels. So I've had to adjust my washing routine to allow for this added time for drying. Overall it's a good fit for my needs. Fits perfectly, unbelievably economical and quieter than previous but a little bit longer to dry clothes.
