I love this tumble dryer! Bought to replace a broken condenser dryer & because this heat pump is meant to be more energy efficient. Thrilled to get this cheaper than a leading brand condenser dryer, especially when it's A++ energy rating. Works brilliantly, lots of different programmes, clothes always dry at end of programme, not too creased & the tumble dryer isn't too loud either (I'd read reviews saying it was but it's not). Very pleased & would recommend.

Omg! What a game changer. My old dryer finally gave up the ghost so I went online to see what was out there. I knew I wanted a heat pump dryer so my search began. I have used Ao in the past and always found them reasonably priced and great for delivery. I had a price in mind what I would spend and began my search. I found my Beko hear pump dryer and after reading about it I decided this was the one for me. I placed my order and chose my delivery date. I was very happy with the tracking and the two phone calls from the delivery team. My dryer was delivered withing the given time and I could track where they were prior to arriving at my home. Two very pleasant delivery men who were respectful of my property and removed the packaging and sat it in where I wanted it. I found it very easy to use and was delighted to dry my load of towels in it for only a few pence. The dryer runs very quiet and has a 19 year parts warranty which I upgraded to parts and labour for a few pounds per month which I can cancel any time. Product working to the expectations.

Excellent product and so pleased with purchase. Our outgoing very old dryer was pretty noisy and was heavy on energy. Too early for a view on energy usage but the rating and reviews gives me confidence I will get much needed energy savings. It is very stylish and so quiet. Only used a few programmes, mixed and towels are regularly used ( dog walking in winter takes its toll) and have dried perfectly.

So far so good. Does everything expected. Easy to operate using instructions provided.
