Very happy with my purchase. It's the first tumble drier I've had, as I always thought they were expensive to run, but as this is a heat pump type and we now have solar panels on the roof, it has made it a cheap and easy way to dry the heavy stuff like towels and bedding. It's easy to de-fluff and empty the water tank and I would definitely recommend it.

Easy to use and an excellent dryer. Lots of useful functions. I tend to you use "mix" with the extra dry function.

Only had for a few weeks now but works great I was sceptical about heat pump dryers before hand being able to dry clothes as good a traditional dryer but I’ve been impressed so far

Quiet, easy to use, stylish overall amazing product

I am really pleased with the way my new dryer works. I read up a lot about heat pump dryers and most information seemed to warn that they would take longer to dry the clothes. However I have to say that I am delighted that my new dryer is much quicker and very much quieter than my previous one. My only criticism is that the alarm to tell me that it's finished is so quiet that, unless I am standing right next to the dryer, I can't hear it.

My last Beko condenser lasted 12 years of solid use. Upgraded to the Heat Pump. Overall 2 weeks in and surprised how effective it is. Noise level a little quieter although you hear some additional mechanical sounds from the heat pump but insignificant. I have only used the low temp and everything comes out dry and no shrinkage and I dry everything so the Mix setting is bang on. Not used Steam function yet.
