So far so good. I was put off by the array of menu options and the time stated to dry the washing, it replaced a basic 35 year old Creda unit! To date however all seems good even though it takes some time to read the instruction book. Actually we check the washing dryness after about an hour and it seemed dry enough without going the full 2 hour plus.

So far so good. Easy to use, clothes dry as required often well within stated cycle times. Delay timer allows us to use cheaper overnight electric

Very quiet and works well. Efficient and has a very good fluff collector which is easy to empty. I've only given 4 stars as my old dryer had a 20 minute 'refresh' programme with no heat, which i used a lot to fluff up towels and bed linen dried outside. I (wrongly) assumed the 'cool refresh' programme on this machine would be similar, but it is runs at low heat, which is not ideal as it wastes electricity. Otherwise it's great and we like the heat pump technology.

Great product, easy to set up, easy to use, efficient and seems to be economical so far (in comparison to standard tumble dryers). Very happy with our purchase, and perfect timing before winter really takes hold.
