It's great at making everything super smooth but it is incredible loud!

This blender is very heavy and the controls are not intuitive. But worst of all, the smaller jug has got ridges on the inside, which make it impossible to get any content out of the jug and very difficult to clean.

This is a fantastic addition to our little ninja collection. The dual use (have extra blades for just the drink cup size) saves on a lot of washing up and/or over using ingredients. Softer fruits and veg work wonders for the drink blender but struggled with things like chickpeas, these needed the big blender. The multiple functions/speeds of blend are great for gaining a perfect consistency with the pulse option especially. Useful suction pads on the bottom of the unit to stop any movement along with additional safety features to prevent blending when not attached fully. I would compare the size and power to those in the milkshake places so definitely competes with commercial/industrial products which is a bonus for a home product. Only downfall is whilst it fits in my counter top underneath the over head kitchen cupboards (standard height), the jug has to lift UP and out to come off meaning I have to displace the suction cups and pull the blender right out to the counter edge to remove or place the jug to the dock.

Fantastic blender, excellent quality and really well made. Very happy with the product. Really like the extra accessory for smoothies and shakes. Definitely worth the money, would recommend.

To me this is the blender ever. In no time it blends everything together quickly saving time. Ninja has done it again by producing a great product.
