The oven feels very cheap. It only comes with one shelf. We need two. The brand website does not offer shelves alone to buy as extras

Brilliant oven and simple to use . had issues with the first oven that was delivered which ao were so extremely quick to rectify and to sort out a exchange for us , so brilliant product and same said for customer service provided from ao

We are very happy with this product as it is very easy to use, not complicated. Cost ideal and delivery fro AO was as scheduled, delivered by friendly driver and mate. All packaging removed as promised.

This oven really looks the part and was easy to install, The controls are easy to read and work, the oven does really deserve the five stars I have given it. Bill R.

This is a great oven at a great price Highly recommended

The oven was fine delivered on time and now working fine. There was a rubber trim that fitted along the top with double sided tape which came with the appliance to fit once installed. This was all crumpled so needed new double sided tape. Otherwise fine
