It is well designed and keeps all the contents really cold. It’s not possible to store many of the 4 pint milk cartons in the door and normal (large plastic) lemonade bottles don’t fit the wine rack as it’s not deep enough. The quality of the plastic used is strong and very good. This is especially noticeable as our previous “Italian” model which was less than 3 years old had cracked draws and weak supports which cracked and broke. It is noticeably more efficient, the deep freezer draws slide easily and it is frost free. The mains lead is very short so we needed an extension to plug it in. We have adapted to the new drawers and storage and we are extremely pleased with it overall.

Really slick product and easy to set up. Good power economy in comparison to many others. Nice option to convert freezer space into fridge space for times like Christmas or parties.

Great quality

This is a good roomy fridge. The two drawers one for veg/fruit & the other for raw meat are good as they stop cross contamination with other food in the fridge. However, it is difficult to pack the meat drawer with the plastic boxes of meat from supermarkets, they only fit in one way & I feel you get less in the drawer then stacking on a shelf. The door buckets are movable but still not very many spaces for tall items but on the whole we are managing. The freezer is fine as we have another in the garage but it isn't a huge capacity but I like the sliding shelf which is great for pizza among other things. Only had for 1 week but was easy enough to install and seems quiet & efficient. Be warned though if the AO description says flexible drawer that can be fridge or freezer this isn't on this model. I think AO have the wrong product description. Overall I'm happy so far and Samsung offer a 5 year warranty which is good.

It’s fine but not as described. There is no shelf that can be freezer or fridge as desired. This is obviously a problem with the description on ao’s site. It has been pointed out in previous reviews I see but as does not respond.

A great product. The bottom drawer in the fridge is huge and is great if you like to keep fruit and veg in the fridge. A very sturdy and well thought out fridge freezer. My only wish would be that only one drawer in the freezer changed to a chilled area rather than the full section.

Fridge is clearly top of the range. You can feel premium quality from every angle. I also found the detailed official installation videos online extremely useful! It's also really quiet in my view. I'm not a fan of integrated appliances but I think Samsung managed to achieve it!
