Fantastic oven, the only problem is the instructions are scant at best. I'm slowly getting to understand the myriad of functions, but it would have been easier with more comprehensive instructions. That said it does a marvelous job of anything I've cooked in it so far.

Have used it a few times (Air Fryer mode with and without steam) and so far, great results. The user interface is also very nice - more intuitive than some and nice and sharp response. Looking forward to doing some baking in it shortly…

We were looking to replace our old oven, and we came across this one, as we have other Hisense appliances we were fairly confident that the quality would be ok, but we weren’t prepared to be as impressed as we are with it, great features easy to use, and looks fantastic.

This replace our old oven ,it easily slotted in to our kitchen unit and gave us a larger oven capacity. Unfortunately the instructions need improving, simplifying.

I have been using this oven for the last 2 weeks, and all I can say is - What an oven! From the moment it was taken out of the package, it is stunningly beautiful and sleek as much as an oven can be. It looks and feels premium. The soft close door is a nice touch, which stops little fingers being trapped should they be any where near it. It was simple to install - literally a case of removing the old oven, wiring this new one in and away you go - took all of 10 minutes, if that - although you will need a professional electrician if you are not confident with electrics! The user guide is extensive and tells you about all the different modes this oven has (probably some I will never use!) - it also has a recipe book too for 22 different dishes and bakes for you to try which shows off the different functions of this oven. One small criticism I do have is the Wi-Fi set up isn''t particularly clear in the user guide. I found following the instructions on the app much more easy to follow - so something to consider. However, even using the Wi-Fi function is a bit of a gimmick for me personally, and probably something I won''t use that much, if at all. It''s a nice feature to have though. It pre-heats very quickly, it can even heat up to 200c within 5 minutes if you select the turbo pre-heat option. The air fry function is brilliant - it''s almost on par with our Ninja Air-Fryer we have, although personally I will probably use the Ninja more for Air-Frying day to day, but it''s great to have as a back up. The pull out shelf is ingenious - it avoids you having to lift out heavy joints of meat whilst they are cooking, or even if you struggle to hold heavy things from the oven - you are able to just pull it out and check the food and push it back in - all ovens should have this feature in my opinion. It also comes with a food probe thermometer which plugs into a little ''Aux'' port within the oven itself - it then tells you the temperature inside the food you are cooking so you know when it''s ready - another nifty little feature. You are able to add water to the little pop out drawer at the top of the oven by the digital display, which is meant to provide steam with your cooking - ideal for when baking bread. I haven''t used this feature yet but I should think it would be useful for the keen baker. Same as the pizza mode too - if you make homemade pizza''s, it essentially cooks the pizza as if you were buying it from a pizza restaurant - again a very good feature to have. The digital display is clear and easy to use once you have used it a couple of times. It tells you the temperature any one time in the oven which is useful, especially after you have turned it off, so not to burn yourself should you need to go back in to put any baking trays away after use. The icing on the cake is the self clean function - gone are the days of having to scrub to get the muck and grime off. The oven has a programme built in which heats the oven up to 300c and essentially ''melts'' any burnt off food and grime from the oven walls and door and turns into an ash which you can then just wipe away once the oven has cooled down. Absolutely brilliant and such a time saving feature - although you need to remove the trays first so just to bear in mind. So... would I recommend this oven? Wholeheartedly. It''s a brilliant piece of kit and a great addition to our kitchen. We look forward to using it more and more over the coming months & years. Just buy it - you won''t regret it.

I am extremely impressed with this modern-looking oven and the many features it has. The touch controls make it easy to operate and it can even be controlled by your phone! It is a self-cleaning oven and when it preheats, it alerts you that it''s reached it''s optimum temperature. It has lights at the side and the top, so this makes viewing food in the oven easier. The baking tray glides out for easy access to your food for basting etc. It comes with set programs to cook various food types and the outside of the oven door is always cold, which is a great feature when you have young children.Overall this is a great oven, however, be prepared to spend some time reading the instructions and having a play around with its many features.
