We've always used old-style fans for the British summers. But with the warmer spells and more humid weather we have been having as of late, we decided to purchase this Air Conditioner. I don't know how I lived without one. I can control it from work via my the Black and Decker app. Allowing the house to cool down to a much more reasonable temperature.

Great product with 3 different settings. Really like how small the unit is so it doesn’t take a huge amount of space. Easy to control either via remote or on top of the unit itself. Also an option to download the app and control from your phone. Cools down the room fairly quickly. Really pleased with my purchase.

Really great is very efficent and effective Is a purchase I'm very pleased with I'm considering buying another so I can have one upstairs and one downstairs is just as efficient as an air conditioning unit that's fitted

Finally decided to invest in an aircon unit for my attic room. I was not sure how the vent would work as I have velux windows but the kit was really easy and worked well. I had it set up in about 15 minutes and it is life changing! I should have bought one years ago…. Thank you ao- great price, quick delivery and no more unbearable heat!
