Great product for the price. I got it for my tenant and she was very happy.

Very surprised by this little device, we live in a hard water area and since this has been installed with our new washing machine have noticed there is no limescale deposit in the machine.

Was very easy to fit and seems to work - the real value of these items is only found after years of use though. From initial experience it does seem to leave fewer streaks, but this might be down to the dishwasher itself.

Very useful - time will tell if it is effective
