Easy to fit

We have only just installed this product but it is working exactly as expected at this point.

Attached it to the water inlet and it seems to be doing a good job so far. Clothes are washed well and feel less hard and scratchy than before. Fitting was easy and it wasn't expensive.

This was recommended by an AO agent when we bought the washing machine, as we live in a hard water area. We were told it would keep the washing machine free from limescale without the need to use products such as Calgon. Can only be a good thing and much more economic than using a limescale deterrent in every wash.

We live in a hard water area, so much simpler using this than having to remember to do anything each month.

Excellent. My last Miele lasted over 20 years and this model has done the same in tests so well worth the extra. Great service from AO thank you

Owing to bad weather (for drying laundry) used the machine for first time today, it was installed a week ago. It is nice and quiet in operation and instructions are easy to follow. Highly recommended.
