So far so good with this. Our clothes have been coming out very clean and the machine seems to be running well in our hard water area.

VERY GOOD

Just one problem, the fabric conditioner seems to get lost in the cycle so clothes do seem rougher. When placed in drawer the conditioner vanishes.

Excellent washing machine good value for money very pleased with washing machine.

Does what it says o the box

Good looking and wonderfully quiet. My husband is disabled and hated me putting the washing machine on as it was so loud but you hardly even notice this one. The wash cycles are easy to understand too.

Comes in handy good idea

I've given it 4 stars because I haven't had it long enough to really judge it. However we have a larger version of this gadget on our heating system which works well. Also from what the ao rep said on the phone I thought it was a product you put in the machine like washing soda. Overall I'd say it's worth getting if, like us, you live in a hard water area.
