Comes in handy good idea

I've given it 4 stars because I haven't had it long enough to really judge it. However we have a larger version of this gadget on our heating system which works well. Also from what the ao rep said on the phone I thought it was a product you put in the machine like washing soda. Overall I'd say it's worth getting if, like us, you live in a hard water area.

Was fitted to the pipe when they installed the washing machine. Live in a hard water area so hopefully this will help.

So far so good. We have incredibly hard water and everything ends up covered in limescale we have to replace kettle every year (yes I regularly descale!) so hoping this helps extend the life of our new washing machine :) it’s only been a week so far so can’t really comment.

Hopefully it will prove it’s worth.

Easy to install, does job.

This product was easy to fit and connected to our water supply and the washing machine with little effort. I’m really hoping this will help in the long run as we live in an area with such hard water
