This product seems to be working as the washing comes out softer. I live in a very hard water area.

Living in a hard water area I was keen to try the Anti_Limescale Magnet, so really hoping it works. (Only time will tell) My Samsung AddWash is by far the best washing machine we have ever bought, love the different programs, different spin speeds and temperatures and the 15 minute cycle is ideal for a daily quick wash. Love the little tune it plays to say it's finished

Easy to fit. Washing machine is new so hard to know just yet on improvement in water quality.

Delivery was also on time and Lance and his colleague who installed the machine and filter were great. Polite, friendly, timely, clean, and went above and beyond trying to fit my washing machine for me and answer all my questions! Perfect service. This was my first time ordering from AO and I’m so glad I did.

So easy to install and works in the background. It’s a win win as far as I’m concerned.
