They delivered in time and the the work on installing the washing machine and explaining afterwards was superb. Overall very happy with the ao company and I would recommend buying from them anything anytime as I would do in the future.

Easy to fit and makes a noticeable difference to the clothes- feeling softer. We live in a place with very hard water so grateful for such a simple product to help with this ongoing issues!

am loving my new washing machine. So quiet. The only thing I would say is that socks keep getting stuck in the plastic rim but a lingerie bag can sort that

Not sure if I'm reviewing the washing machine or magnet softener, seems the website doesn't make it clear. For the softner magnet It was very easy to install even in a tight space. Clothes seem better but it's an item you won't see affects. For the washing machine, very impressed it's very quiet and the added features have helped with the family getting the washing down. So many different programs and ability to add items that got left out is great main reason to buy it. Didn't realise how quiet it is on a high spin.

We live in a hard water area and we think that is what killed our previous machine. This was easy to fit and hopefully will extend the life of our new machine

?????????? So easy to use. Love it ???? clothes smell so fresh I would recommend washer dryer family of four. You can do six cycles of washing a day or more it's amazing

I picked this washing machine for a few reasons colour being one and it did say ‘Super Quiet’ ... I thought anything had to be quieter than my 17 year old worn out one .... but this is so, so very quiet, even my partner can’t complain anymore .... trust me It does what it says ...... it’s quiet ..5 stars
