We ordered a washing machine through so which was recommended and had the best customer reviews that was available at the time. The washing machine is fantastic. It is quiet and is going strong. I ordered and paid for installation as well. We ordered the limes ale magnet as well but they couldn’t install the magnet because the installation team did not have plumbing tape. I would expect them to carry this as they are specifically tasked for installing these products. They even asked if I had any to use mine. The installation team should really have all of the parts they require to install a product if they are paid to install it. I have had to subsequently go out and purchase the tape myself and install the product myself. The customer care team on the other hand were perfect they were friendly and sorted out any concerns and issues I had straight away.

I was offered this bit of kit when I purchased my machine As we live in a hard water area the advice was to buy one to prolong the life of my machine. The beauty of this magnet is it lasts a life so you can move it from one machine to another. Brilliant
