Love the machine and fabulous colour which actually blends with my kitchen unit and kitchen appliances. The machine holds a fair amount of washing 9k which is also equipted with a dryer too, I did not have this built in facility with my old washing machine and realised this is very useful when you do not have access to a garden. Drying clothes by a clothes rack, can be endless so I think I certainly made a good choice purchasing this machine with a dryer. Slightly niggly thing takes a while for the release on/offbutton to go out before the door releases, other than that overall a good washing machine. Only fault I can give the driver was miserable abrupt, 2nd person pleasant, the pair did not follow their own Social Distancing guidelines set out by their company. Customer's service via the phone was professional, good, friendly and prompt.

Easy to fit, just screw it on the water outlet before connecting the machine and it’s meant to eliminate limescale so time will tell.

Great price for a great product excellent AO service

I’ve not had one of these before, so I don’t know what to expect. It was very easy to fit, didn’t need any special tools and was very compact. Initially signs are good, no water marks on any part of the machine after a cycle.

Very good fit and easy to install. This one actually provides a better leak proof fitting. Happy with the purchase. Well don AO for offering together with the washer.

I live in London where the water is famously very “lime heavy”, this little gadget could not be easier to fit, even for me and brings with it the promise of softer water and therefore better cleaner clothes, softer towels and no need to buy water softening tablets. A bargain.
