I have no idea how this thing works. The engineer who installed it (through AO) had never installed one. HOWEVER. If it prolongs the life of my washing machine as i live in a hard water area then great. 4 stars - simply for the gent on the phone who upsold one of these to me,

For £20, it seemed like a worthwhile punt given we live in a hardwater area and the equivalent product on other sites was the same prices or more. Easy to install and it's just set + forget. Time will tell but for now we're happy.

Amazingly easy refund service after several visits to resolve other issues.

Does what it says on the box. Connect to the water line. Done!

Too soon to tell if this makes a difference but it wasn't expensive so worth a try.

Purchased an an it lime scale magnet, just fits on the washing machine pipe when installed. Great product to stop limescale build up and worth every penny for a long lasting machine. Fab thanks
