I'm not really able to give an opinion on this as it's one of those things that you'll never know if it's working or not. We're in a hard water area, so it seemed sensible to add it.

assemble to water supply for Washer dryer and works beautifully and it is looks like wonderful to new appliances. It's worth it for money you spend.

Seems to be effective - seemed to attach easily and hopefully will be good in a hard water area!

The little screw on timescale magnet is very handy and doesn't take up to much space underneath your sink unit. Works a treat and will help keep our machine timescale free.

I would recommend fitting this as you instal your new machine, it will reduce limescale. The could do with a leaflet showing which side the loose washer fits , mine came with it loose in box . I worked it out but some might not !!

Service and delivery were professional and had no issues. The machine fitted perfectly, no issues and works like a dream.

Honestly , since it's been installed I have had no clue it was still there. It is clearly doing its job as I have had zero issues in a very hard water area.

I really love the product. It really makes a difference to my clothes and the amount of water and energy it uses.
