they even gave me the old one, workmanship poles apart from normal, this one isn't going south

This is a lovely item , well done and very silent in comparison with the old one. The function display is very nice and easy to use . For the moment I have no negative thoughts about this item, it works just fine. More than that, my wife just loves it for the extras and the features it has. This is really a great product and honestly I would recommend it to anyone who needs one.

Unobtrusive and easy to install product. Need further use of it to be able to review it effectively, but hopefully it will do 'what it says on the box'.

Absolutely love this washer/dryer it is so much quieter then my last one. I love the eco cycles which use less energy ultimately saving you money. Also the 60 minute and quick wash are also fast and energy saving. I love the fact that it has a sound that tells you it is finished also that it switches itself off after the cycle is finished. The machine has a good range of wash & dry options and energy saving features.

I was concerned about making the wrong choice when choosing a new washer dryer, but with a very restricted space in our utility room and a large family left just Hotpoint as a choice as the precise measurements worked all around, including the internal drum size. It is fantastic, washes and dry clothes perfectly. Takes little time to work things out and settle with your preferred washing and drying cycles. Clothes are in such good condition after washing, soft towels, less creasing and finally SO beyond happy with this washer dryer!

Honestly too soon to say how effective this is, but it is certainly an easy enough thing to connect and very unobtrusive.

Excellent machine good quality, very quiet and I especially am pleased with the range of programmes the door is large and it is easy to load The detergent dispenser is easy to clean it looks good sitting next to the Bosch dish washer. the casing is good quality and looks expensive
