I think it helps... only time will tell. Fitting it is easy though and not too expensive, so wirth getting it.

Very happy with my new washing machine, very quiet and looks great in my kitchen, compliments my other appliances (also purchased from ao). By far the best washing machine I have purchased!

Easy installing and no problems with water flow. Not sure about limescale as early on yet.

First time that have had this installed so it's early days.

It helps keep laundry cleaner and prevents limescale. Much better than remembering to pop those anti limescale tablets with every wash as it is connected to the pipe.

I hadn't know about this before the guy on the sales team told me about it....so iv had one fitted ..hopefully it works

We had one before but left it when we moved. I had to get another one as it really works.
