Very unhappy with this item, as I cannot get it to connect to my water outlet. It keeps on cross threading, and consequently, leaking. Plus, only on after buying the product, did I stop and ask myself how a magnet stops limescale, which is non metallic? Even on the box it does not explain how the item works. There is no leaflet inside either. Rip off that is what it is.

Easy to fit and hopefully will keep going!! I only purchased this 10 days ago, so its a bit early to say if it works.

Surprise additional item delivered with washing machine. Simple to fit to water outlet prior to connecting washing machine. That simple and the magnet protects the appliance from limescale build up, a real win win experience saving me time ( no descaling) and saving money ( extend life of appliance).

Just installed so can't say but easy to do. If it helps with the hard water problem I'm all for it.
