So researched it, told of great things, going to prolong the life of an already great Bosch WM so of course I will pay the small cost! So far it’s worked and done exactly what it’s promised. Great stuff

Add on product installed with washing machine. Simple. Effective. Unobtrusive.

Totally see the benefit living in such hard water area , uses less washing liquid, clothes feel nicer.

Only time will tell if this was a worthwhile investment so we'll see - i just thought that it was worth a try! So far so good with this washimg machine - although the cycles are quite long and as it doesn't have a timer that counts down it's been an interesting first week timing it - you sometimes need to get things out to dry before you start the day!

The best thing I did was buy my machine from ao. They did everything for me and the delivery men were polite, efficient and friendly. I will buy all of my appliances from ao.

As this product will prove itself in the long term it is difficult to rate from new. I am hoping that it is doing its job with the hard water that I we have in our area. The future will tell.

Very quick and efficient service and absolutely great value for money

Great product. The only downside to it is that it is difficult to connect without any leak.
