This sounds like a really good idea. It is invisible and I guess it is doing a job but I couldn't really review it as you don't see it working!

I bought this item as it promised to be one of the quietest machines out there, & I am happy to say that it is. I have always loved Bosch - my last one lasted 15+ years! Can put the washing on late at night after work without waking the baby or our neighbours! Very, very pleased.

Fabulous machine, super quiet, powerful, very easy to operate. Absolutely love it. Please note it is quite large (which is not a problem for us as we have a small laundry room) so be aware if it needs to fit under a kitchen worktop.

Can only assume it works. No way of knowing, but seemed a sensible thing to do in a hard water area.
