Love our new machine. Really quiet and looks great in Black. The super short programme is a real bonus.

I bought this with the Meile but difficult to say if it will work or not.

Fitting took less than a minute and was simple enough for even a DIY-virgin such as myself to deal with without fear of making a mess of it! I have noticed that I am using less detergent in the wash, which is a pretty good indicator that it is doing what it is supposed-to! Very pleased to have this in my home!

A bit of a waste of time as I live in an area with very little lime scale deposits, however, I imagine i would be very good for areas where the water is hard.

The care pack is a small magnetic tube which attaches to the washing machine water-in pipe and helps prevent a build up of limescale in the machine. I was really impressed by how easy the tube was to install, it simply screws onto the top of the cold water pipe and the washing machine pipe connects on top. We have not had any problems with leaks and the value takes up hardly any space. We live in a hard water area so anything that can extend the life of our washing machine is most welcome. I think the advantage of this device is that you can install it and forget about it, other products for reducing limescale build up that I have seen require running regular empty loads. This product works every time a wash is done!

The WPro is perfect if you want to prolong the life of your machine. So simple to install and no leakages what so ever, I've been really impressed! Great product, I would highly recommend!

Though the guy was obviously in a hurry, he explained everything in the pack and it was simple to install and a good extra.
