Having used the machine several times on different programs, I find it very efficient and a great improvement on my last machine.

Super machine. Had it 3 weeks now and a great product. Nice quick programme of 30mins is very useful. No long delay to open the door when programme finished like some machines have and no Prolonged annoying beeps to tell you it has! Automatically switches off the power after a couple of minutes too. Nice and quiet. Very happy with it.

Very pleased with this product as I don't have to add Calgon or anything like it as this softener does the job The washing machine is very quiet, compact and works well. Just what I needed.

Good little gadget should solve most of my hard water problems

I was intrigued by this product when I spoke to the customer service advisor so I had one installed. As it sits on the water pipe I cannot tell if it works or not but for the cost it's well worth the try if it keeps the washer i good condition.
