Great little product that goes screwed in the pipeline. It was recommended by one of AO’s sales representatives, I hope it will work as it says in the box, but I cannot tell besides my clothes come out quite soft, so I hope this is helping.

great for washing machines

I ordered a new AEG proSteam washing machine from AO and received it promptly. Ordering was quick and easy, the delivery was fast and efficient and I'm now enjoying my new machine. I've now been using it for a week. It's quiet and has all the settings you could possibly need, including quick washes, great stain removal programmes and really energy efficient with a 5 year warranty. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better machine. Hats off to AEG.

Cost of product is really reasonable as you no longer need to purchase anti-limescale product to protect every wash. The item was easy to fit to the water pipe. Worth every penny.

Brilliant machine such a difference with the bigger load of 10kg. Would definitely recommend.

Given how hard the water is where I live, this seemed like a no brainer. While I didn't install it myself, the person who did install it showed me where it goes and how you would install it, and it seems rather simple. So far I've had no issues with limescale, but we'll see!
