Great product, great value for money..

This product was poorley built, no strength in the door, the wheels on the the baskets were flimsy , infact an extremely bad design. £199.00 was a lot of money for this. Definitely would not recommend this item

Very effective dishwasher and roomy enough for our family (two adults and a toddler). The only issue I had was installing it initially - the water hose attaches to the machine at the bottom of the back panel and that causes a bit of an odd angle when attaching the hose to the water supply. As a result when I pushed the dishwasher back into the unit the hose kept getting kinked and that prevented the water flowing properly. This was annoying and had to be fiddled with a lot - so that’s why 4 and not 5 stars - otherwise very happy!

AO service is fantastic, unfortunately the product is just okay. The first one was sent back, loose top section and the at the base the sides bowed out and could see gaps. AO were spot on and collection and delivery was quick and easy. We received the second one and the sides at base were still bowing out showing gap again, so we presumed it's a design fault and decided to keep it, you get what you pay for I suppose and at this price level we can't expect too much. After a few washes we noticed that the base tray keeps coming off rails when we push in or out. Can't be bothered to send back. The dishwasher washes fine and does the job and we just don't want to wash dishes again lol ...so have kept it. Next time I'd pay more and not have these issues.

Blends well in the kitchen as we aren’t keen on integrated appliances

Excellent quality dishwasher. Everything cleans perfectly.
