Good looking cooker had to send the first one back as oven kept locking when cooking the food so obviously had a fault but new one seems to work fine very versatile useful having both ovens cooks quickly

Still not even been able to use this yet after 2 weeks of it being installed. The thermostat thinks the oven is over heating and it locks even at a low temperature. Smeg have sent an engineer who said they had seen this model have the same problem on three other cookers recently but smeg technical support don't know what the problem is and have asked for new parts. Hopefully this will fix the problem but not likely for another week at least and I'm not all that confident it will work from what the engineer has said. Very disappointing for such a well regarded brand.

What a terrible product. We have had this oven replaced 3 times, the third oven delivered today, also does not work. The bigger sized oven heats up, reaches temperature, then starts bleeping like mad, and then the door goes into lock mode. The door will only release once it is switched off at the mains. This is the third model with the same problem. Cannot be coincidence!!! We have now been without a working oven for 6 weeks. I would strongly advise against buying this product.

This Smeg range cooker is great, well made and looks fab. The induction hob heats up very quickly. The 2 ovens work well, the main one has more space than our previous 70cm wide range oven and the smaller one is useful for smaller dishes.

I bought this had had it in storage for 11 months, the renovation took longer than expected, when I eventually had it installed, the oven wasn’t working. I contacted smeg & they offered to have a repair man look at it, but AO offer me a full Exchange. fantastic customer services AO Second one arrived & it works great. My first induction hob & I love it, a very nice oven

Great range cooker - does exactly what its supposed to. The user manual is a contradiction in terms - it provides little relevant information about the different settings and how to get the most out of them. Two shelves for each of the ovens rather than 1 would be good - should've read the details more thoroughly before ordering

From start to finish the order-delivery was impeccable. However, our oven did have a fault but the a.o.com website led us to an engineer, who arrived within days. I would definitely recommend and use AO again.

It’s beautiful I love it It’s so elegant and at the same time has industrial quality - I tried several in the shop and they were clanky and plasticky but this is the real deal. I want to marry it
