Very good product, easy to use and quiet.

Good price. Sturdy machine. Very long washer cycles. Dryer doesn’t work so well, even with small loads but that may be typical of washer dryer machines.

AO.com is a brilliant easy website to view products. I made a telephone call to get site, ordered my item with a very efficient customer adviser and my machine was delivered with no problems

The product is very easy to use with simple programmes. Very quiet and suits our needs very well.

Overall the washer drier is great - has lots of useful functions for washing in various combinations, intensity and materials. The drier lets it down slightly as its isn't anywhere near comparable with a standalone tumble drier: you have to reduce load significantly and have it on much longer. This may be just due to the limitations of any combined machine but its noticeable. Delivery and AO support was great though
