Bought this for our new flat with open-plan living and couldn't believe how loud it was. You could hear humming and rumbling not only in the whole living room area but also through the walls in our bedroom next door as well as in the next room over. Contacted AO and they sent the technician over who simply said that these new models are supposed to be this noisy as they use 'lighter' and more eco-friendly gases. We are returning this and getting a different brand.

Product is quite good, however if you put any cartons eg: Milk/fruit juice etc on the lower shelf on the door, you have to remove the shelf about it to be able to get the carton in as there is not enough height between the two shelves to get the cartons in.

Great fridge freezer and lots of storage. Looks really smart and stylish. Like the drawers and the shelves on the door are really convenient for bottles. The price was good for such a quality product.
