I am over the moon with this carpet cleaner. Exactly what I was looking for. I have given the 4 stars purely because it is a little too bulky and the casing on the vacuum piece comes apart if not clicked exactly into place. Other than that it has cleaned my very grubby rugs and carpets to an almost new condition. Would definitely recommended this product, particularly for ground in dirt.

Easy to use. Filling the tanks with water and cleaning fluid is simple and all the tanks are easy to clean afterwards. Gets the carpets nice and clean and the don't take too long to dry afterwards. The machine is quite big but reasonably smooth to manoeuvre as long as it is on. It is really hard to move it when it is switched off

Well worth it's money. The attachments work well - good reach for stairs. Perfect for cleaning our campervan too. Very easy to clean after use.

I bought this item as my old one got broken.So decided to give this one a try and love the water tanks as they are bigger then my old one and alot easier to use. I am really pleased with it.

Our carpet hadn’t been cleaned for quite a while and this vax certainly got to work on it and did a great job. We’ll be using it a lot more often from now on.

Great product which worked well, however a small part broke off the brush attachment so could not use. Contacted about this but unable to get part replaced as yet- difficult to get through on phone so disappointing

Really easy to use and more effective than I expected! I thought our rug was pretty clean but when I tried out the cleaner on it, the colour of the water told a different story! There was no dramatic before and after since it already looked clean, but it's definitely fresher and dried very quickly. The brushes and parts all come off really easily for cleaning afterwards - really handy if you have pets as it sucked up tons of cat hair even after hoovering first. Really pleased with the purchase :)
