Really easy to use and more effective than I expected! I thought our rug was pretty clean but when I tried out the cleaner on it, the colour of the water told a different story! There was no dramatic before and after since it already looked clean, but it's definitely fresher and dried very quickly. The brushes and parts all come off really easily for cleaning afterwards - really handy if you have pets as it sucked up tons of cat hair even after hoovering first. Really pleased with the purchase :)

Cleaned 4 carpets the day I got it. Disgusting dirty waste water which highlighted the need for a carpet cleaner! I will be doing this every 6 months. Very easy to use.

Fantastic machine. Really gets the dirt from your carpets. Easy instructions and removable parts that are easy to release. The downside of all these cleaning machines is the cleaning of the machine but all seems very easy.

Easy to use. Set of attachments for every situation, surprisingly lightweight, the water was black from our hallway on the first use. Only negative is its a drinker for the solution
