Really easy to use and does a great job

After much research to find a carpet cleaner that would be powerful enough, reliable and good value for money I chose this amazing machine. I have 4 kids and two dogs and a carpet that was in desperate need of a deep clean. It’s also a really light colour - well originally. The machine has two settings - deep clean and quick clean. The clean water tank has a separate container inside for the detergent so that you can change the setting to rinse after shampooing. The brushes are really powerful and has not only cleaned but has also brought the pile up. I honestly never expected the carpet to look as clean as it does. It was really easy to clean the tank after use. AO delivered my machine witching 24 hours of ordering, despite covid and it being about a week before Christmas. Brilliant service and machine that I would highly recommend to anyone.

A little bit heavy to maneuver but certainly does the job. Carpets cleaned and dried much more quickly than with the previous machine I owned. Would recommend

Intuitive to assemble, very powerful, looks sleek!

very good product, easy to set up, simple instructions and cleaned a cream carpet in around 40mins, start to finish. Removed any small stains and dirt from the carpet, even picked up grains of sand, which can be seen in the removable/washable waste carton. drying time would depend on the carpet, mine was over an hiur as ut us thicker than most. highly recommend this product from vax and ao, who are always on time with delivery and offer a decent after care cover.

Great product. It takes a while to do carpets, but mine are very big, as I went slowly as per instructions and went over same area 6 times to suck up as much dirty water as possible. The pile is 'fluffed' up and the fluid leaves a nice fresh scent. Very glad I bought it and would recommend. It is heavy but you only need to push it around!

Ordered at 1145 and delivered at 0745 the following morning....beat that!! Tracking system was spot on Pleased with carpet cleaner, had first use and does the job really well
