Very pleased with this purchase. Does exactly what it says in the description. Yes, it is a bit heavier than others but cleans and dry's really well. No problem doing the stairs. Great service from AOL.

Really good cleaner for the price, I particularly like that the dirty water container opens up so you can clean it afterwards. My carpets are much cleaner and dried quickly even on the more intense setting.

Great product. A bit bigger than anticipated so harder to store but very good for the price!

It is not that light if you are looking for a lightweight cleaner. I am very happy with it as it does the job. I bought it as it had accessories that you can use on stairs etc .

I have not had a carpet cleaner before I purchased this one. I am really impressed, its very easy to use, it has a very powerful suction. My carpet is an Axminster so it is multi coloured & it has brought the carpet back to life, the colours look so much brighter.

Wonderful product but a bit awkward cleaning the whole of the dirty water tank out when cleaned a really dirty workshop office carpet
