The item is very easy to assemble and use and makes a visible difference to carpets. Just make sure the dirty water intake properly clicks in, otherwise the dirty water won't get tucked back up.

Fantastic shampooer, easy to use and easy to clean, great results

Needed it for stains caused by a leak and another big stain. Obviously the carpet isn’t like new but I’m thrilled with the results. Easy to assemble and to use. It took very little time to dry.
