It is great to use cleans the carpets really well and picks up pet hair with no issues easy to use and clean

I had a vax many years ago and decided it was time to buy another one and it does not disappoint. Easy to use, does not require heavy pushing like my old one did. It glides across the carpet and I was very happy with the lovely clean carpets it produced.

Extremely easy to use, very light and manoeuvrable for a carpet cleaner, even easier to disassemble and clean after use. Only a touch bigger than the average vacuum so storage is easy. The cleaning agent managed to lift PURPLE children's "play slime" off of a beige carpet after only one use. Honestly couldn't recommend enough

Did a good job of cleaning my carpet which had been down for several years. I gave it three passes and got a lot of dirty water out each time. The cleaner left the carpets reasonably dry, we could use the room again after around 6 hours. Tip. Make sure the detergent tank is pushed in properly, or you will just be using water only! It is a bit heavy to carry upstairs but quite easy to use when you get there. Simple to strip down and clean after using. Overall I would recommend this cleaner

Easy to use and does a good job. Not too heavy when the water tank is empty. Definitely better than using a rental carpet cleaner

Very powerful, can deeply clean the carpet. Just a little bit noisy when switched on.

This was my 2nd purchase of vax carpet washer..1st one was 4years old,and well used,on carpets and upholstery..Great for people with pets ,and children..Also everyday spills and accidents..Recomed this product toanyone who has above..Great results every time..That's why I've bought another one,as some parts are worn out,it's cheaper to replace,than buying parts..10/10
