Its powerful and easy to clean. Quite satisfying to see the dirty water come out after the wash but may need multiple cleans if the carpet is dirty. Sometimes its hard to press the bottom bit of plastic covering the bristles and you dont want to press it too hard lest it breaks.The function to dry when pulling back is really cool

The item is very easy to assemble and use and makes a visible difference to carpets. Just make sure the dirty water intake properly clicks in, otherwise the dirty water won't get tucked back up.
