Sturdily made and very easy to use. Considerable improvement of tired carpets. Worth paying the extra for top quality machine.

I have a vax smartwash from about ten years ago and it finally gave up the ghost after regular 3 weekly use for sll those years. So now more than ever i needed a new carpet cleaner due to us having a new puppy and her making mistakes on the carpets etc. So after reading reviews i made the decision to buy a replacement. Well WOW!! What a brilliant piece of kit. I always though my carpets were clean but this machine makes my old one seem inferior. Carpets come up like new. Even the pile seems revived. Not one stain to be seen and carpets totslly dry well within an hour. Brilliant machine. In fact i was so impressed i bought another one, agsin from so.com to keep at our holiday lodge in the Wyre Forest save transporting to and fro every week. Very impressed. Well worth the money. I honestly cant fault either of my platinums. Very easy to clean. Even the brushes remove easily. In a word chuffed to bits with them

Very impressed with this machine, I’ve had a previous Vax that was ok, but this is far superior. Great power and does a fantastic job, I particularly like how you can get to all the parts to clean after use, so should be in good order for years to come.

This carpet cleaner does exactly what it says, very easy to use. I have two dogs and my carpets need to be freshened up and using this certainly works.

Wonderful piece of kit, although I was scepticle it realy did dry in an hour and cleaned up some really bad stains.

My friend had the same product and i borrowed it to do my living room carpet. WOW. It was amazing by far the best carpet cleaner I have ever used. That was it I had to buy my own to do all my carpets.
