Fantastic shampooer, easy to use and easy to clean, great results

Needed it for stains caused by a leak and another big stain. Obviously the carpet isn’t like new but I’m thrilled with the results. Easy to assemble and to use. It took very little time to dry.

Love this, it’s given my carpets an amazing new look, they are back to looking good as new. I’m so pleased I bought this machine and would highly recommend.

exactly as expected. good value for the money

We ordered the Vax Platinum Smartwash after having a very poorly dog, we got out our old Vax carpet cleaner, but it sadly died after many years good service. We ordered the replacement from AO.Com early evening and selected the before noon delivery (at no additional cost). The Vax Platinum Smartwash arrived in the morning, it was very easy to unpack with a minimum of additional packaging waste. It only took a few minutes to assemble, no tools required. Used it to clean up after the dog and can only say it was brilliant, effortlessly cleaned the carpet and left it almost dry. After it had dried there was not surprisingly a little staining left so we used the additional spot cleaner that came with the product and used the Vax Platinum Smartwash again and this time all traces were removed. We have since cleaned all the carpet in the house and are still amazed at how good it is, our old one was good but they have advanced so much now. All in all a great product for a very good price and all made better by the quick service from AO.Com.
