Does what you expect of a freezer. Quite pleased it is in the utility room rather than the kitchen as it seems to make a constant hum. Not sure if this is anything to do with the fact that we have not managed to fill the freezer yet. The 2 baskets that came with it are very shallow so not able to store much in them, would have preferred further baskets or deeper ones. However it is great to have a freezer that actually freezes and I like that the lid is lighter and actually stays up when I am getting items in or out.

Great Chest Freezer, very well made, fairly quiet when running.

This is only the third chest freezer I have bought in forty years, so I expect it to be the last!! It is good quality, though the baskets are a little bit flimsy compared with what I was used to. It is quiet running, but in the garage that wouldn't really be an issue, the build quality is as good as the last one that I had, though not as robust as the first forty and more years ago. I was pleasantly surprised at the capacity.

Bought to replace an ageing product, which was an unknown brand made in Ireland. However, it lasted at least 30 years trouble free. Cannot predict the life span of this new one, but it will certainly outlast me!

Delivered on time, unpacked and placed in situ in shed efficiently. Pleased with product, but glad we kept our basket from our old freezer and are not a big or sturdy ( they fit the new one perfectly.) Hope it lasts as long as the previous Freezer (LEC) 42 years - i'll be 110 !!
