This freezer was delivered as arranged on Tuesday 15th September. After following the instructions it was switched on. After 4 days and with 3 thermometers inside it only reached 0c and the red light never went out. Thank goodness my old freezer is still working. After being unable to contact ao by phone I emailed them. I was told to contact Beko who would give me an uplift no. I tried to phone Beko but was cut off 3 times when I said my product was less than a month old! I emailed Beko but to date have received no reply. As far as I was aware my contract is with ao.com. This product was ordered online and paid by credit card so I have protection either way but I hate being mucked about. I therefore cannot recommend ao but then it seems they only publish good reviews

The product seems very good even though its early days yet. The freezer is performing as it should and has frozen a number of items quickly. The baskets provided are very useful and slide across giving access to the goods below. I would recommend as the space available is impressive.

Superb chest freezer for an outbuilding! Will still function in low outbuilding temperatures over winter. Saves space in your home. Highly recommended.

Bought to replace a massive old chest freezer that was never designed to live in a garage. We moved house and now have a detached garage that gets very cold in winter. This is ideal for us as it works down to -15 ambient temperature and it has wheels so it is so easy to move unlike our old one!

Bought this to go in our garage as it's the only brand we could find which said it could deal with being semi-outside (wide temperature operating range). Quickly went down to temperature and is doing well so far at keeping everything frozen. One thing to note is that it's massive. As in I fear I might get lost in it massive. It's great. If you want a huge freezer you can barely touch the bottom of that can live in a garage, you can't go wrong!

Just exactly what I needed, lots of space, handy baskets and all the features you need, including wheels so it is easy to move out to clean behind. Could not be happier. Perfect for the garage or shed.

very good product. Has more bells and whistles then I anticipated when purchasing, like an internal light and a built in lock with 2 keys. I have no idea when that will come in handy unless I go on a diet. Came to temperature and then some pretty quickly. Suggest buying an accurate thermometer to ensure you can see how cold the thing is as to not get freezer burn as on the middle settling it went to -30. Overall happy with product
