Very pleased we purchased this freezer, it’s large with 3 baskets. Isn’t too heavy to move into place and unwrap.

Chest freezer is lightweight, very easy to move (the wheels are much better on this freezer than my previous chest freezer) and appears well built. The only downside is my previous freezer had a 'vacuum seal' on closing, but this one doesn't which makes me think it is not properly shut - but it is.

After checking numerous websites looking for a chest freezer for our granddaughter who has moved into her first home this one seemed the best, it ticked all the boxes for what she wanted, it is in a shed outside so it needed to be suitable fo extreme temperatures it looks good as well, overall very pleased with the service and purchase.

We panic bought this freezer to fill with vegetables to ensure our proper nourishment in the post-Brexit wasteland that had been threatened for April 2019. We were set to be away (in the EU) on the possible B-day and so needed this freezer delivered pronto. The freezer is nice and big and has a lockable door, so we think we've managed to fit enough broccoli in it to last a good few months. Importantly, it's suitable to be kept in the garage - many chest freezers don't seem to be. AO were able to deliver within days of us ordering it and crucially, before we went away. They managed to get their medium sized lorry to the garage round the back of our house and didn't make a fuss about it. As you probably know, Brexit didnt happen and broccoli did not become unavailable and what's more, we now have rather a lot of it. But that's not AO's fault and had everything gone pear-shaped, we'd be laughing. Anyone need chapatti flour? Or rice?

Freezer is well built, easy to access frequent use items with the mounted baskets. Holds a massive amount of shopping. Fast freeze option worked really efficiently. Bonus to have the key lock feature as a safety option and to keep hungry teenagers from raiding! The internal light works well and is handy and illuminates the whole freezer space. Only improvement I would make is to have the controls on the top of the front instead of the bottom so you don't have to bend right to the floor.

It took minutes for the delivery men to unpack my freezer and put in the garage. It looks far too good to be there but unfortunately I have no room for it in the house. I was very impressed with the fact that the two delivery men were so polite and helpful. The new freezer is excellent and just what I wanted. Highly recommended.

Was able to get this freezer next day, was delivered and installed by a couple of really nice,helpful delivery couple. The freezer itself is great, works a treat. Overall a great product, low price and excellent delivery. What more could you ask for.
