I got delivery of my chest freezer looking like the under has had a good knocking up and bangs, contacted Ao and sent pictures to them immediately a day after delivery, and they refereed me straight to beko, I also contacted beko and sent them pictures and mail, no one has gotten back to me or anything, I'm using the freezer like that cos i bought it last month for the holiday celebration period and needed to stock up on food immediately, if not I would have demanded a replacement, it works ok for now, hoping the knocks and dents underneath doesn't affect the freezer either now or in the long run, cos I know freezers to last for up to 10 years and even more, I pray it doesn't develop any faults as a result of this defect after my warranty has run out, cos that's what I am sceptical about, cos if it was a sound and solid freezer without the under all banged and dented, I wouldn't worry, keeping my fingers crossed all the same

Seems well built. Delivery fine. Castors are a useful innovation though it is rather easy inadvertently to push the freezer too close to the wall - solved by putting a couple of empty ice cram cartons between wall and freezer. Last freezer was still working after 30 years - I shall be lucky to do this well again.

So far, so good. It keeps my food frozen. It seems to have a less substantial seal than my last one because there's no sort of suction feel when I close the door, but it doesn't seem to be a problem. (bought this one 'cos we moved house.)

Good capacity freezer that sits unobtrusively in the garage just working away quietly and doing the job it is designed for. 3 baskets supplied as standard and it is good that these can slide over the whole width of the freezer

A nice large chest freezer is what we needed and that’s what we got it exactly how I’d expect it to be very happy with my purchase

    A Good Freezer To Own

I am very pleased with my new freezer. It looks good, freezes well and I consider it to be good value for money. My only criticism is that it is a little bit noisy, more than I would have expected. However it is in my utility room so the noise of the motor does not disturb me too much.

This freezer seems to be working well. Its in the integral garage at the moment but may move to a dry storage area outside. So went for the adjusting outside temperature feature. Its a good build quality, and very heavy. Don't think any freezer is attractive. Low running noise.

    Beko freezer.

I purchased a Beko chest freezer as a direct replacement for my old Frgidaire unit. I required a machine that would operate in a garage setting and found this one suited that requirement. The machine appears to be well constructed and is set upon castors which makes moving it very simple. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.
